Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. This policy only applies to the PLEO DVX and not other accessories, which are not returnable.
To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must also be met.
- The product is returned in it’s original condition, along with all undamaged accessories and unused sleeves
- Since Ultramito Restore is part of our recommended recovery protocol, no refund will be entertained unless the customer has ordered Ultramito Restore and used it for at least 30 days, along with the PLEO DVX and then feels that they have gained no benefit whatsoever.
Returns
We will deduct a restocking charge of 5% to cover our labor for inspecting and restocking the item, plus replacing any used accessories that are not resalable. If the customer paid by credit card, then an additional 5% will be deducted from the sales price as well.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will mail out a check to your address on file.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our company address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. It’s highly recommended that you select a trackable shipping service and that you insure you package for the full retail amount. If it gets lost in shipping or we don’t receive your return for whatever reason, then you will bear that loss and not ZaraTech LLC.
