Jim Paschal, CEO and Founder
Jim Paschal brings 42 years of experience in senior project management and engineering that includes manufacturing, mining, chemical, process, electronics, automated testing, quality control, systems architecture, software development, database administration, computer integrated manufacturing, aerospace design, six sigma quality, DFM, SPC, and root cause failure analysis. He also has 30 years of experience in naturopathic medicine, having cured himself of five fatal illnesses. His most notable skill is building high performance engineering teams for rapid application development to get a product from the laboratory to the market quickly, being well versed in the product development lifecycle. He received a BSEE from Arizona State University, graduating with the highest honors. Jim also has training in advanced business administration based on core human behavior principles, business development and capital raising. In his first assignment in Motorola’s semiconductor division as a project manager, Jim set up the entire backend test area for a $500 million a year manufacturing operation. Jim implemented a $2,000,000 capital plan that involved bringing in all equipment to custom specifications, equipment redesign and interfacing, setting up production processes and training all personnel from operators and maintenance to engineering. He saved the business center from going out of business after the old test area crashed and became unrecoverable. While at his assignment at Blackboard Inc he led a group of developers, as part of a large cross-functional team that created a data extraction system for their customers. Jim won the top team building award that quarter for being the only team to deliver their product on time and with the fewest bugs in quality assurance. As the Founder of this Company, Jim has invested over $4 million of his own money over the last 30 years to develop various technologies.
